Holding a call
After you insert a SIM card, the phonebook entries are transferred from the SIM card to the PCM.
After a Bluetooth connection has been established between the PCM and the cell phone, the PCM also attempts to transfer the phonebook data from the cell phone. You can prevent this automatic phonebook transfer by deactivating the function. To find out more, please refer to the section "Setting automatic transfer of the phonebook" on page 69.

Be sure to include the area code when dialing locally or long distance in North America (there are a few exceptions to this). For overseas telephone calls you must dial the appropriate country code prefix if your telephone is not set up for international dialing.
For example, if you were dialing Germany with these telephones, you would enter "011-49..." Note however that certain telephones set up for international dialing can utilize the "+" function, in which case you would enter "+49...".
